VidArmor is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to assist content creators, particularly in the financial and trading sectors, in automating the scriptwriting, voiceover generation, local rendering, and publishing of short-form videos.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Rules

As a user, you are solely responsible for the content generated, rendered, and uploaded through our Service. You agree that you will not use VidArmor to create or distribute:

• Content that violates any applicable laws in Vietnam or your local jurisdiction.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Financial advice that violates regulatory compliance (e.g., promising guaranteed trading returns).

You acknowledge that you must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any strikes, bans, or penalties applied to your YouTube channel by Google.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the final video content generated using our Service.
Our Platform: The underlying architecture, AI prompts, workflow automation systems, and the VidArmor brand remain the exclusive property of VidArmor.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI recommendation engine strives to provide optimized trading and financial content strategies (e.g., Order Flow, Price Action insights), this does not constitute professional financial advice. VidArmor and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses or algorithmic account suspensions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in activities that harm our server infrastructure or API quotas.
